As soon as you place an order on the site, a credit card limit is securely held by the clearing company. After the products are prepared and rationed, they are weighed and the weighing will be updated in the order and the order will be closed. At that moment, your card will be charged according to the final price and you will receive a tax receipt with the updated weights. We try very hard to provide a product with a weight that is closest to what you requested, but since these are weighed products, there may be a deviation of up to 15%, either way.
As a general rule, meat and fish that you intend to cook the same day or the next day can be kept in the refrigerator and taken out about half an hour before preparation. If you do not wish to prepare the meat and fish the same day or the next day, the products should be frozen.
Meat can be kept frozen for a relatively long period of time, we recommend no more than 3-4 months.
The weight calculation is based on an adult and a child, with an adult consuming an average of about 350 grams and a child consuming about 150 grams. Use this information to adjust the quantities to the number of people. If necessary, you can take a reserve of 10% more.

Regarding the beef and lamb, this is our private slaughtering of quality beef, here in the Holy Land, and only this meat enters us, at the Edarim boutique factory.
All cuts of beef that are marketed fresh are kept refrigerated under the strictest conditions. We prepare the orders, package them, and ship them refrigerated directly to you.
The cuts that will arrive fresh are: all clean cuts of beef, without the bone.
The cuts of beef that we butcher and package after slaughter and immediately freeze are: all ground, all seasoned, all interior parts, all cuts with the bone, and all cuts that finish dry aging, such as entrecotes, which are frozen immediately after aging. All of this in order to maintain the highest quality for these products.
In addition, immediately after slaughtering the lambs (young lamb), we butcher, package, and freeze the meat to maintain the quality of the delicate lamb meat.
Regarding the poultry, we receive poultry from Jerusalem Chicken from Rabbi Bistritzky's slaughterhouse. The poultry usually arrives to us fresh the day after slaughter and we immediately freeze it at our place. Sometimes we receive pre-frozen poultry, according to the offer at Jerusalem Chicken. Therefore, it is important to understand that the poultry products will usually arrive to you frozen.
The fish is currently frozen.
